Resource Abuse
  • Consuming excessive amounts of system resources, such as CPU, memory, disk space, and bandwidth, in a manner that adversely affects the performance of our services for other users.
  • Running any process or application that interferes with the normal operation of our services or network.

Unsolicited Communications
  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails ("spam") or engaging in any form of mass messaging or communication that violates applicable laws and regulations.
  • Using our services to harvest email addresses or other personal information for the purpose of sending spam or other unsolicited communications.

Intellectual Property Violations
  • Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
  • Distributing or using pirated software or other content that violates intellectual property laws.


3. Enforcement

Cloud Host reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
  • Suspending or terminating your account and access to our services.
  • Removing any content that violates this AUP.
  • Reporting any illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.


4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at [abuse@Cloud Host.com]. We will investigate all reported violations and take appropriate action as necessary.


5. Changes to This AUP
